About
Most consultants learned about human behavior in business school. I learned it on film sets managing temperamental egos, in world-class restaurant kitchens during dinner rush, and coaching executives through make-or-break decisions for 14 years.
When someone gets defensive or shuts down, I've seen it before. I know the difference between what people say in meetings and what they actually think. While other consultants facilitate workshops, I solve the real problems that happen behind closed doors.
